Surrounded by loving family, Conrad Pascal passed away August 21, 2013. Conrad was born in Fruitland, WA November 10, 1943 to parents Ignace and Salena Pascal. He was a proud member of the Spokane Tribe of Indians and the Wellpinit V.F.W. Conrad served as Chief Tribal Judge and traveling judge pro-tem for various tribal organizations for 28+ years. His experience was called upon by other tribal organizations to establish judicial processes; taking him as far away as Barrow, AK. His experience and knowledge also aided in establishing a national tribal CASA...

Surrounded by loving family, Conrad Pascal passed away August 21, 2013. Conrad was born in Fruitland, WA November 10, 1943 to parents Ignace and Salena Pascal. He was a proud member of the Spokane Tribe of Indians and the Wellpinit V.F.W. Conrad served as Chief Tribal Judge and traveling judge pro-tem for various tribal organizations for 28+ years. His experience was called upon by other tribal organizations to establish judicial processes; taking him as far away as Barrow, AK. His experience and knowledge also aided in establishing a national tribal CASA program. Conrad's love for, and pride in, his culture was strong to the very end and was shown in his drumming (as both drum leader and singer), hunting, Indian Pow Wow's and his sharing and teaching of Indian traditions and customs including stick gaming. His other passions included bowling, enjoying the outdoors and nature, taking long drives and visiting different casinos with his wife, Linda.

Conrad was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Virgil, Reggie, Jerry and Phillip; sister Lucy; daughter Brenda and other extended family. He is survived by his wife Linda; his brother Thomas "Porky" Pascal; sisters Pauline Flett and Pat Austin; son Conrad "PJ" and Joey Pascal and grandson Henry; Conrad's mother Julia Pascal; his daughters Charlene, Tammy, and Samantha Hall and their families including eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Conrad is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Wake services will be held Sun, Aug 25, 7 pm, at Fruitland Bible Camp.
